Austin Sullivan completed his undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Missouri State University, followed by a dietetic internship and graduate studies in Dietetics and Nutrition at the University of Kansas Medical Center. His research focuses on developing innovative strategies to detect malnutrition in older adults and harnessing electronic health record data to gather information to improve nutritional care. Passionate about education, Austin is committed to inspiring the next generation of healthcare professionals, emphasizing the critical role of nutrition in maintaining human health.
