Program overview

The Master of Science in Human and Organization Performance Effectiveness (HOPE) is designed to prepare leaders to work across departments, functions, and roles to align individual performance with organizational goals. The HOPE program equips leaders with the essential skills to drive alignment, inspire teams, and achieve organizational success.

This master’s program seeks to create career advancement pathways for professionals in corporate, government, educational, and nonprofit organizations, and is particularly relevant for those seeking leadership roles in training and development, human resources management, entrepreneurial leadership, organizational development, talent management, and more. Participants will learn and apply tools as they progress through the curriculum.

Courses are offered in eight-week sessions. The program is primarily online with a few select courses offered in person at the Edwards Campus in Overland Park, Kansas.
