Program overview
The Master of Science in Human and Organization Performance Effectiveness (HOPE) is designed to prepare leaders to work across departments, functions, and roles to align individual performance with organizational goals. The HOPE program equips leaders with the essential skills to drive alignment, inspire teams, and achieve organizational success.
This master’s program seeks to create career advancement pathways for professionals in corporate, government, educational, and nonprofit organizations. The graduate certificate in Human and Organization Performance Effectiveness (HOPE) is a 15-credit-hour online program that provides students with a foundational understanding of the organizational performance effectiveness model and how to apply it to organizational challenges, system changes, and process changes.
Program format
Courses for both the master’s and the graduate certificate are offered online in eight-week sessions with both synchronous and asynchronous options.
