Biography

Michael Diana is the graduate assistant for graduate recruitment for the School of Professional Studies. 

Michael is a doctoral student in Counseling Psychology at the University of Kansas. Michael received his master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of Kansas and his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Scranton. At KU, Michael has served as a graduate teaching assistant and instructor for courses in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, the Department of Educational Psychology, and the Department of Psychology as well as a graduate career coach for the University Career Center. In addition to working as a graduate assistant, Michael is a practicum student at a college counseling center where he provides individual and group therapy. After receiving his Ph.D., Michael plans to work at a teaching-focused university and maintain a small counseling practice.
