The Center for Workplace Excellence (CWE) is designed as a pathway for the business and nonprofit community to tap in to the extensive experience and expertise of KU faculty. Through unique and customizable programs, we partner with your organization to address critical workplace challenges, enhance organizational collaboration, and provide strategies to lead your organization through a dynamic and changing landscape.

The Center for Workplace Excellence is part of the KU School of Professional Studies and supported by the Johnson County Education Research Triangle (JCERT). With the goal of maximizing individual and organizational potential, the CWE helps the local workforce strengthen professional skills, boost employee engagement, and promote enhanced leadership training and coaching.

CWE enhances your operational efficiency by using innovative training techniques, research-based curriculum, and practical, hands-on learning experiences that equip employees with the skills necessary for your business to thrive. All programs are customizable to meet your unique challenges. We also partner with organizations to provide one-on-one coaching for individuals who are ready to lead but need a little support in unlocking their true potential.
