Programs at the Center for Workplace Excellence (CWE) are designed to meet the evolving needs of the regional business and nonprofit community. The CWE’s KU faculty experts advise professionals on how to address workplace challenges, foster collaboration, and lead with confidence in the changing workplace landscape.

Supported by the KU School of Professional Studies and Johnson County Education Research Triangle (JCERT), our noncredit training programs enable the local workforce to strengthen evergreen professional skills, improve employee engagement, and optimize you  and your organization’s potential.

The CWE enhances workplace efficiency by using innovative training, research-based resources, executive coaching, and practical learning experiences to equip employees with the skills necessary for businesses to thrive.
