Biography

Caroline Quinn brings extensive professional experience in restorative justice and community-based advocacy to her role at the University of Kansas. She holds a Master’s degree in Criminology and professional certifications in mediation, victim-offender dialogue, and trauma-informed care. Her background includes nonprofit education, re-entry program coordination, restorative justice and conflict resolution facilitation, and sexual violence survivor advocacy. Quinn is the founder of the Holistic Collective of Kansas City, a restorative justice and community-based mediation practice providing consultation services to nonprofit organizations and supporting individuals and communities in accountability and healing processes. She works with the Office of Victim Services for the Kansas Department of Corrections and represents the State of Missouri in a global coalition focused on justice reform related to sexual violence. She has previously served as an adjunct instructor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and brings a practice-informed, evidence-based perspective to the classroom.
