Christopher Roblee

Christopher’s teaching and professional background span narcotics enforcement, criminal investigations, crisis negotiation, undercover operations, and intelligence‑driven policing. With twenty years of experience in law enforcement with the New Hampshire State Police, his career culminated as Unit Commander of the NHSP Narcotics Investigation Unit, where he oversaw statewide narcotics investigations and led complex, multijurisdictional operations. In response to New Hampshire’s opioid crisis, he spearheaded Operation Northern Alliance, an initiative that unified federal, state, local, and county partners across the Northeast. This collaborative effort—and subsequent Western and Southern Alliance operations—resulted in hundreds of arrests and the seizure of illegal drugs, firearms, and significant criminal proceeds.

Christopher’s instructional experience is equally notable. For nearly a decade, he has served as an Adjunct Academy Instructor for the New Hampshire Police Standards and Training Council, specializing in criminal investigations and interdiction. His teaching emphasizes experiential learning, evidence‑based practice, and the integration of real‑world investigative experience into the classroom.

As a practitioner‑scholar, Christopher’s academic interests include policing, illicit markets, investigative strategy, financial crime, and interagency collaboration. He is deeply committed to preparing future criminal justice professionals by bridging operational practice with emerging research and by fostering collaborative, inclusive learning environments.
