Biography

Kelsey M. Dachman, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA is a licensed and board-certified behavior analyst with over 10 years of experience as a clinician, educator, and researcher in the areas of youth development and juvenile justice. She earned her master’s in Applied Behavioral Science and doctorate in Behavioral Psychology from the University of Kansas. She completed her doctoral internship in behavioral pediatrics at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. Dr. Dachman is currently the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Center for Supportive Communities (CSC), a nonprofit with a unique focus on addressing complex behavior, the needs of justice-involved families, and policy reform. CSC drives socially meaningful, sustainable change by using behavior science and its evidence-based practices to help communities build the systems and supports necessary for all to thrive.
