Michelle Willingham, Ph.D.

Dr. Michelle Willingham is Lecturer in the KU Criminal Justice program. She earned her Ph.D. in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Juvenile Justice from NOVA Southeastern in 2020. She has 25 years of experience working with the San Antonio Police Department as a Crime Scene Investigator and now oversees the Missing Persons and Juvenile Processing Unit. She has taught courses in higher education institutions for 15 years.
