Mindy Earle

Mindy Earle has served as a law enforcement analyst, patrol officer and task force officer. She began her career working as an analyst before becoming a sworn member with the Kansas City, MO Police Department (KCPD). She also holds a master’s degree with a graduate certification in crime analysis. Her background, education, and training provide a unique perspective within the realm of intelligence and threat analysis. Mindy also co-founded the Texas Law Enforcement Analyst Network (TXLEAN). She is currently assigned to the Special Investigations Division and serves as a TFO assigned to the FBI. 
Research interests include crime and intelligence analysis, as well as cooperation efforts to seamlessly build and promote communication across multiple platforms and stakeholders.
