The foundational courses for the Bachelor of Science in Project Management and Bachelor of Applied Science in Project Management degree completion programs include topics such as project scheduling and controls, effective team leadership, organizational and project risk management, project procurement and supply chain management, and stakeholder engagement.

The minor in project management requires 15 hours of the foundational project management courses and one elective option.
